Teen Programs

The

Beth Israel Temple Youth group (BITY) welcomes all Jewish teenagers. BITY serves ninth through twelfth graders, but seventh and eighth graders are often invited to participate in events as Junior BITY members. Activities include: 

• Social activities
• Social action projects
• Educational activities
• Congregational involvement 

Senior BITY members can serve on the Youth Group Board, which helps plan local events, and they can participate in regional activities through NFTY-MAR, the North American Federation of Temple Youth's Mid-Atlantic Region.
