Sukkah Deconstruction: During Religious School
Congregation Beth Israel welcomes all - our members and their families, guests, friends and soon-to-become friends, those from other synagogues and the unaffiliated - for services at all times. At this point in our history, our membership exceeds the limits of our space at CBI for High Holy Days worship, so we are grateful that Covenant Church is willing to host these services at their campus on Rio Road. Because of the seating space available at Covenant, tickets will not be required from members for the purpose of admittance for services.
However, for those attending services who are not CBI members at the time of High Holy Days, a contribution is expected to support the year-round work of the congregation and to defray the extra expenses associated with locating the services in a space where attendance is more convenient, safer for those with mobility problems, more comfortable for all, and where seating is not limited.
To arrange for attendance (and make the appropriate donation) for family members or guests, please contact the CBI office (295-6382, office@cbicville.org). If you know of unaffiliated individuals who wish to attend services, please encourage them to contact the office to receive a service schedule and to arrange their donation. For those unable to make arrangements before services begin, envelopes return-addressed to CBI will be available at each of the services.
